1.      There are no refunds for equipment’s sold by King Internet & TV, refunds are however made for equipment which is deemed defective at time of delivery.

2.      We only guarantee money back for new installations if installation could not be completed. Please note, service cancellation after an installation would require full payment of the service and installation cost.

3.      We require 30 days’ notice either by calling our support line or email prior to canceling your service.
